Prisca Rollins is a seasoned litigator, representing clients in employment cases arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §1983, the Equal Pay Act, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act. Ms. Rollins’ passion for advocacy began while she was in law school where she served on the American Bar Association National Trial Team and the American Bar Association National Tax Team.
Prior to joining the Sanford Law Firm, Ms. Rollins was engaged in private practice in Arizona and Alabama, she represented the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission as Senior Trial Attorney and Supervisory Trial Attorney in Washington, D.C. and Birmingham, Alabama, and she served as General Counsel for a nutritional company in Austin, Texas.
Outside the courtroom, Ms. Rollins spends her time enjoying spending time with her two grandchildren and pursuing her love of all things outdoors.
